After the fashion show, the con was definitely starting to wind down. It wasn't long after that it was
time once again to wait for Closing Ceremonies. But not without taking more photographs.
Here's [insert name here] dressed as Utena from Revolutionary Girl Utena.
Ooh! Here's a really good Link from The Legend of Zelda - The Ocarina of Time. Nice work on
the sword and shield!
Nice costume! Here's [insert name here] playing Xellos from Slayers. Love the staff!
Here's [insert name here] playing Ukyou from Ranma½. Nice spatula!
Nice! Here's [insert name here] playing Shampoo from Ranma½. What's especially nice is
that she actually made a different costume. Most Shampoo cosplayers just wear generic Chinese dresses.
This costume is made from scratch and is one of Shampoo's battling costumes and is my favorite of Shampoo's
costumes.
Once again, "Sailor Naboo" is in costume, this time as Sakura from Card Captor Sakura. According
to her, this is Sakura's winter uniform for school. Kero-Chan Check!
Here's [insert name here] again dressed as Sumomo from Chobits. If I remember correctly, this was
taken in the Dealer Room as she was dancing for quarters.
Ah, here's Hayley once again dressed as Miaka from Fushigi Yuugi. Nice costume!
Once again, here's Carmen, this time dressed as (I think, correct me if I'm wrong) Nuriko from Fushigi
Yuugi. Another fine costume!
Didn't I get her already? Anyway, here's [insert name here] once again as Yuna from Final Fantasy X.
Here's another fine Tifa from Final Fantasy VII. Here she's played by [insert name here].
Here's April again. For once, I don't know who she's playing. Sorry, April!
On my way to Closing Ceremonies, I snapped one last shot of cosplayers. There's Carmen and Hayley in the
middle there relaxing with the cool Link guy. Good job on the costumes again, guys!
Here's ol' Jimmy minding the front desk. I didn't see him much this year. Must've been busy with con
stuff. It's tough to be a staffer.

Day Three - Closing Ceremonies
|
Once again this year we are entertained by another group of taiko drummers, whose name unfortunately
escapes me at the moment. Again, this is something you gotta experience firsthand. It's real fun
listening and feeling the drums.
I think it had just started here.
They're switching up the drums.
...And my final photo of drumming, and the con.
And thus ends yet another Sakura Con. Big thanks to all of you who posed for me and all those who
helped me identify everyone. I'll see you again next year, same con, same time, same hotel!
