Wow! It hasn't been quite a full year yet and it's already time for Sakura Con 2005! It is the weekend of April 8 - 10, 2005, and sadly, this is our very last year at the Sea-Tac Hilton. Yup, the con's gotten so big, we have to move. And, what a move! Next year it'll be at the Washington State Convention and Trade Center. But, that's not to say that this year's con wasn't great either, 'cause it was!

The attendance cap this year was 5,000. I'm sure it was hit, and I'd hate to have been the kids that got turned away. For those who made it though, it was a weekend of fun, fun, fun! Herein are my photos documenting our final weekend at the Sea-Tac Hilton. This year, I finally sunk down some money for a nice 256 MB SmartMedia card, so nearly all my photos this weekend were taken in high quality. That doesn't necessarily mean I got great pics, but at least they're nice and big (for the most part).

Anyway, so long, Sea-Tac Hilton! It's been a fun four years! Perhaps some other small northwest con will take our place. Next year will be a completely new experience.
