| Day 0 - T'was the night before Sakura Con |
I spent the whole day getting all my stuff together, mostly getting my Art Show display ready. Sadly, this year I could not afford a hotel. Fortunately, I live only about a half hour away. Still, it would've been cool to stay in downtown Seattle all weekend, but at least I didn't have to worry about luggage or check in.
I got to the con around 7 p.m. I thought I was gonna be late for Art Show set up. But, as it were, nothing was ready so I kinda had a long evening ahead of me just killing time. So, I spent that time getting my badge and wandering around a bit and soaking in the ambience.
My first photo for the con. Here are some Sgt. Frog cosplayers. Really good costumes.
No idea who these guys are cosplaying as. Looked cool though.
Lots of Evangelion cosplayers this year too. Well, really just Rei and Asuka ones.

This is my Art Show panel. Finally got it up around 10 p.m.-ish. I had a couple new pieces - an
unfinished Sakura Con mascot I called "Connie" and this cool Princess Peach head icon.
And here's my table next to my panel. Just my color art binder, some business cards, and my

The main area in front of the 4th floor main stage area was just packed with tons of cosplayers. While I was waiting for Opening Ceremonies to start, I couldn't resist breaking in my new camera and snapping tons of photos.
