He's evil and super rich. He's so rich, he beats you up with money. Mostly, I just wanted an excuse to draw a 30's-esque rich guy with a top hat, tux, and pointy mustache. Oh, and a monocle and a cigarette with filter. 'Cause it looks really cool.
